Terms of service

By accessing the SnapWallet console or APIs associated with your account, you agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in line with any order form or agreement that governs your workspace.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform to distribute malware, send spam, violate third-party rights, or attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or billing protections.

Digitize service

The digitize feature lets consumers convert eligible physical cards into wallet passes. You must provide accurate card details you are entitled to use, use the service only for lawful purposes, and not abuse public digitize endpoints (including automated or fraudulent submissions). Optional email may be used for recovery as described in our privacy policy.

Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless otherwise required by contract.

The services are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Availability targets may be described in a separate SLA for eligible plans.
